The 30 Day You Fit is my Signature Program, a fitness routine that takes 30 days and gets you to your goals. Everyday, you’ll work on a different part of your body, make your muscles work a little harder, and everyday, you’ll find yourself feeling different.
You Fit has two meanings. Firstly to you: you’re looking for something to “fit” into your busy day. Something that you can do from home in the brief space between running after kids or pets or classes. Something that actually works.
The second meaning is this: not everyone has the same fit goals, so why would you be using a cookie cutter routine? This routine is all about you and what you want. You fit, your fitness, your goals. It’s customized to you.
This routine is intended to be done everyday for 30 days. It takes 20-30 minutes a day. It revolves around using your own body weight, free weights and resistance bands to get you fit and have fun.
