Sample Template of a Fitness Routine

So here’s a sample template of what you can expect when you purchase a fitness routine from me.

 

If you prefer working out 4-5 times/week:

Sunday (3-5 exercises taking up to 30 min)

Tuesday (3-5 exercises taking up 30 min)

Wednesday (3-5 exercises taking up to 30 min)

Friday (3-5 exercises taking up to 30 min)

 

–> 3 sets of 15 reps/4-5 sets of 10 reps

 –> 10/side or 10/leg or 10/arm

 –> hold for 60 seconds

 

If you prefer working out 2-3 times /week:

Monday (5-7 exercises taking 45-60 min)

Wednesday (5-7 exercises taking 45-60 min)

Friday (5-7 exercises taking 45-60 min)
